We are pleased to share the updated Quality Assurance Tool to support members. To comply with the standards of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (or Public Sector Internal Audit Standards) HE internal audit services must periodically assess themselves against the Standards and the Code of Ethics, assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the function and identify opportunities for improvement. CHEIA’s Quality Assurance Tool can be used to perform this quality assessment, either as a self-assessment to meet the internal quality review requirements, or for a peer-review to meet the external quality review requirements.
The survey to collect feedback from those who took part in this year’s QA Exercise is now available. Kindly provide your feedback by 17 September 2021. An anonymised report will be shared with those who respond.
